The Pro plan unlocks Chat with Notes so you can ask questions across your transcripts and meeting notes.

Overview

Chat lets you have a conversation with AI about a specific transcription or meeting note. Ask questions, pull out action items, summarize a section, or find a particular quote, all using natural language. Chat is only available inside individual items: There is no global “chat across all my history” view. Each chat is scoped to the single transcript or note you have open.

How to Use

  1. Open a completed transcription from the Transcribe tab, or a completed meeting note from the Notes tab
  2. Open the Chat panel on the detail page
  3. Type a question or request
  4. The AI responds using that transcript or note as context

Example Queries

  • “What were the action items from this meeting?”
  • “Summarize the key decisions”
  • “Find the part where the team talked about the timeline”
  • “Who agreed to follow up on the budget question?”

Requirements

  • An AI provider must be configured
  • Chat uses the open transcript or meeting note as its context, nothing else
